All Tails SXM is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to rescuing, protecting, and caring for animals across St. Maarten. Donations go towards food, medical care, rescue support, and long-term solutions for vulnerable animals on the island.

2. Are my donations tax-deductible?

Yes! All donations to All Tails SXM are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.
We are an officially recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

3. Do you offer adoptions or fostering?

Yes! We help place animals into loving foster and permanent homes when possible. If you’re interested in adopting or fostering, please contact us at donate@alltailssxm.org.

4. How can I volunteer?

We welcome volunteers both on the island and abroad. Opportunities include feeding, rescue support, transportation, fostering, fundraising, and more.

5. Can tourists visiting St.Maarten help or adopt?

Absolutely! Many visitors choose to:

• Transport animals to the U.S.

• Adopt outdoor strays they meet

• Sponsor medical care

• Bring supplies to the island

6. Do you accept in-kind donations (food, supplies, medicine)?

Yes! We gratefully accept food, litter, flea/tick treatments, crates, toys, blankets, and other essential supplies. Contact us for drop-off details or shipping information.

7. Can I see where my donation goes?

Transparency is extremely important to us. We share updates, rescue stories, and impact reports on our website and social channels. Annual financial summaries are available upon request.
